The group, which made a humble beginning with the commissioning of its first plant of 2500 TCD in Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh, stands tall today across the sweet landscape of sugar manufacturing, along with ethanol and industrial alcohol production.
Headquartered in Mumbai and steered by a legacy of excellence, the group is led by the philosophy to either find a way or make one to achieve excellence across its business value chain.
Our value chain extends across state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities equipped with a combined capacity of 21,500 tons of sugar per day. Our plants are located in the state of Uttar Pradesh – Dwarikesh Nagar (Najibabad) and Dwarikesh Puram (Afzalgarh) in Bijnor district, and Dwarikesh Dham, Tehsil Faridpur in Bareilly district.
Led by the visionary focus of our founder, Mr. Gautam R. Morarka, we are constantly working on nurturing a sustainable growth agenda that drives business profitability and environmental leadership. Besides contributing to renewable energy, we had also earned revenues from the same, as well as through sale of CER (Carbon Emission Reduction) and REC (Renewable Energy Certificate).

Our journey of many milestones started with one small step – the commissioning of our first 2500 TCD sugar with 6 MW power plant in village Bundki in Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh in 1995 named as Dwarikesh Nagar. In 1996 company set up a 6 MW power plant which was increased to 9 MW and the Capacity of the sugar plant was gradually expanded to 6500 TCD in 2002. The power plant capacity was expanded to 22 MW and distillery plant with a capacity of 30 KLPD (Kilo Litres per day) was commissioned in the year 2005.
In 2004 we commissioned modern plant with 7500 TCD sugar capacity and 9 MW power generation capacity in village Afzalgarh, Tehsil – Bijnor, District – Bijnor (Uttar Pradesh).
